Apprenticeship Standard (Level 3) Cabin Crew Apprenti-kit
Level 3 (Intermediate/Supervising)

The Level 3 Cabin Crew Standard is designed for apprentices who are in cabin crew member roles for commercial organisations, working on large aircraft with large numbers of customers or smaller aircraft with small groups of customers. Apprentices may also work in roles as part of the armed forces or in providing services for royalty, ministers or other dignitaries. The primary role of a cabin crew worker is to ensure customers’ safety and provide excellent customer service throughout the flight. They will be trained to deal with security and emergency situations and administering first aid. Cabin crew members must be able to adapt to and accommodate the needs of customers, including nervous customers, individuals with children and those with dietary and medical requirements.

This Apprenti-kit has been designed to support apprentices taking this standard.
