has been changed to:

Page 7 - The text - "in Caerphilly" has been removed from this page.

Page 13 - Step 3, point 3 has been changed to "relevant published guidance".

Page 19 - Notes in the yellow box have been changed to "From 2015 CHIP will cease and CLP will be fully implemented. Manufacturers and suppliers will label substances and mixtures in accordance with CLP."

Page 21 - The title of the book has been changed to Workplace health, safety and welfare.

Page 34 - Under Occupational Health, the statistics have been changed to:
